Real energy work, done remotely, rooted in Jikiden Reiki—a form that stays close to the original Japanese teachings, with a precise, hands-on-technique focus. "Jikiden" means directly taught, passed hand-to-hand from teacher to student. This isn't improvised. It's a structured practice with real training behind it.

What happens during a session:
You don't need to do anything except be reasonably still and reachable (we'll coordinate a time that works for you—you can be resting at home, and many clients treat it like a scheduled nap). I'll work through a full Jikiden treatment remotely, addressing your body's major energy centers and any areas you flag as needing attention.

What you'll receive:

• A full 50-minute distance Reiki session
• Brief notes afterward on what I noticed during the session (sensations, areas of focus, anything worth mentioning)
• Space to share context beforehand—physical discomfort, stress, or anything you want the session to address

Good for: Stress relief, general energetic reset, processing something specific (grief, transition, burnout), or just trying Reiki without committing to an in-person appointment.

Not a substitute for: Medical or mental health treatment. Reiki is a complementary practice, not a replacement for your doctor, therapist, or medication. If you're dealing with a diagnosed condition, keep your other care in place—this works alongside it, not instead of it.

Logistics: We'll schedule a specific time for your session. You don't need to be on a call or do anything active—just let me know beforehand if there's anything specific you'd like the energy work to focus on.
