Return Policy - All Sales Final

Due to the personalized nature of our tarot reading services and the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. Once your reading is completed and delivered, no refunds or exchanges are available.

For physical products (apparel, accessories, and spiritual tools), all sales are also final. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before purchasing.

Size Exchanges:

  • Size exchanges for clothing items are available within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We'll cover shipping for the replacement item
  • Only one size exchange per item is permitted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
